These terms govern use of the JSS Jewellers website, wholesale enquiries, and confirmed orders. By browsing, requesting a catalogue, or placing an order you agree to the rules below.

User rules

This site is intended for trade buyers, retailers, and invited private clients. You must provide accurate business details when submitting an enquiry or order.

  • Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or scrape product imagery or catalogue data.
  • Wholesale access, pricing, and MOQ are confirmed only after our team reviews your request.
  • You are responsible for keeping login or enquiry correspondence confidential.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order that appears fraudulent, incomplete, or in breach of these terms.

Intellectual property protection

All jewellery designs, photographs, videos, lookbooks, copy, and layout on this website are owned by JSS Jewellers or used under licence. They are protected by copyright, design, and trademark laws.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or commercially use our images or designs without written consent.
  • Catalogue files are supplied for buying decisions only and remain our confidential materials.
  • Custom sketches and CAD prepared for you stay our property until the related invoice is paid in full.

Pricing accuracy

Product pages do not display consumer prices. Wholesale and private-client prices are issued as written quotations.

  • Quotes are valid only for the period stated on the quotation, typically seven (7) calendar days.
  • Gold, diamond, and gemstone markets move. We may revise an unaccepted quote if metal or stone costs change.
  • The signed proforma or tax invoice prevails over any earlier estimate, website note, or verbal discussion.
  • Clerical errors in weight, stone details, or totals may be corrected before dispatch.

Governing jurisdiction

Orders placed through the Indian site are domestic contracts unless we confirm an export invoice in writing.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. have exclusive jurisdiction, except where a mandatory local law says otherwise.
