Shipping & Transit Insurance Policy

This policy covers courier processing windows, customs responsibility, delivery timeframes, and insurance on high-value jewellery shipments.

Courier processing windows

Ready stock is handed to the courier after payment clearance, quality check, and packing. Made-to-order pieces follow the production date on your confirmation.

  • In-stock wholesale lots: typically dispatched within two to five (2–5) business days after cleared funds.
  • Made-to-order or resized pieces: dispatched after the agreed workshop window, usually three to six (3–6) weeks unless stated otherwise.
  • Dispatch days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays at origin.

Customs fees

Domestic Indian shipments include applicable GST on the tax invoice. There are no destination customs charges inside India.

  • Remote or restricted pin codes may need an extra business day for first-mile pickup.

Delivery timeframes

Transit times start the day the courier scans the parcel, not the order date. They are estimates, not guarantees, because jewellery moves on insured, signature-required services.

  • Metro India: typically three to five (3–5) business days after dispatch.
  • Rest of India: typically five to seven (5–7) business days after dispatch.

High-value package insurance

Parcels are packed in tamper-evident, discreet packaging and booked on an insured courier service for the declared invoice value unless you instruct otherwise in writing.

  • Coverage applies from our warehouse handover until the signed delivery scan, including documented loss or damage in transit.
  • Inspect the outer carton before signing. Note any crush, tear, or seal break on the POD and photograph the parcel.
  • Insurance claims must be notified to us within forty-eight (48) hours of the delivery attempt or “loss” scan.
  • Claims need the invoice, tracking, packing photos, and the courier complaint reference. Settlement follows the courier insurer’s decision.
